Do you need to apply for your Spring 2026 Degree? Follow these steps:

(This process ensures that your degree is posted to your transcript if you are eligible)

1. Visit your mySUSCC (Ellucian Experience) page

2. Click the "Student Self-Service" tile

3. Under Student Records, click "Graduation Application"

If you meet the requirements to receive your degree, you will be able to access and complete the application.

If you feel you meet the requirements for your degree, but cannot access the application, please contact your advisor, or email suadvising@suscc.edu.

The Deadline to apply for Spring 2026 degrees is March 20, 2026.  

Ordering Your Cap and Gown

Students are responsible for ordering their own graduation regalia (cap, gown, and tassels.) You must wear the regalia preapproved by the College. Online ordering for Cap and Gowns begins January 23 and ends March 20, 2026.  The link to for online ordering is - https://oakhallcg.com/pages/suscc. You must use your SU issued email (Anumber@alabama.edu) when placing your order.  

Please note: After submitting your graduation application, there may be a 24–48 hour processing period before you are able to purchase your regalia.

In-store purchases of regalia may be available after the online ordering deadline ends, but it is not guaranteed, so order your regalia online as soon as possible.  Contact the Bookstore on your campus for more information.
