Global Environmental Organization of Students

The Global Environmental Organization of Students (GEOS) began in 1971 as the Environmental Study Club. Also known as the Environmental Awareness Club, it was reorganized as GEOS in 1993 to promote interest in and awareness of environmental science and technology issues in local, state, national, and international communities.

Activities include field trips, Arbor Day celebrations, fund raisers, guest speakers, and active communication among members. Membership is open to all students.
