REQUIRED VA EDUCATION FORM
For your benefits to be applied to your account or for the VA to be notified of your enrollment, students are required to fill out two forms. The Statement of Understanding (SOU) must be completed and turned into the VA Resource Center, located in the Admininstration Building on Opelika Campus, or can be emailed to veterans@suscc.edu
Please complete the forms below:
- 2023/2024 Enrollment Certification Request Form
Must be on file for each term of attendance. - 2023/2024 Statement of Understanding

- ANGEAP Letter
- VA Policy Change
- 2024/2025 Enrollment Certification Request Form
