Presidential Transfer Scholarships are scholarships awarded to Southern Union students transferring to Troy Univeristy.
Troy Presidential Scholarship
Application deadline is Thursday, May 30 at 4:30 pm CST.
Awards: $12,000 annually for 2 years
Requirements:
- Must be an Alabama resident and 45 hours of transferable academic credit within the Alabama Community College System, with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Students will be required to submit an essay with the topic: "What was your experience while attending Southern Union and what are your career goals?"
- Students must submit a transcript verifying the required number of transferable credits and gpa
Students who meet the minimum requirements will be scheduled to interview virtually around the first week in June.
