Magnetic Resonance Imaging Certificate
This program prepares students in the use of strong magnetic fields and radio waves to obtain cross-sectional anatomical images of the human body to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Southern Union State Community College offers a two semester certificate program. This program is for credentialed radiologic technologists or ARRT registry eligible radiologic technologists. Upon completion of the program an individual will be registry eligible in magnetic resonance imaging. Didactic courses will be taught on campus with various clinical sites being used across the state.
