IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL SU EMPLOYEES & STUDENTS

All employees and students will need to verify their Personal Email in the mySUSCC portal.

Employees and students can continue using thier current mySUSCC login for a period of time after March 27. 

This email will change will not immediately affect your current mySUSCC login.  As part of the new login requirement that is being implemented across all Alabama Community Colleges , all employees and students must verify their "Personal" email address is correct in the mySUSCC web portal.  If you do not have a personal email address listed, you will need to add one.

There are some guidelines regarding the personal email address you can use.

  • Your Personal email address cannot be your suscc.edu or mail.suscc.edu address or any other college email address.
  • Your Personal email address will need to be one you currently have access to and check regularly.
  • If you do not have a personal email address, you can create a free email account using one of the free email providers like Google or Yahoo.

Student Portal:

User ID: SU email (include the @mail.suscc.edu)
Password: the default password is !SUSCC followed by your six-digit birthday.

Example: John Smith was born on October 12, 2002
User ID: jsmith12@mail.suscc.edu
Password: !SUSCC101202

Employee Portal:
User ID: Complete SU email
Password: the same password you use to login to Ellucian or your computer on campus.
